Shipping

We currently ship to Canada only and offer free shipping on all orders.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing, followed by an estimated delivery time of 10–15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience.

Digital products

Our PDF guide The Voice Activation Method will be delivered electronically a few days before your physical order arrives, so you can get started right away.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item has a manufacturing defect or functional issue.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been used. All eligible returns must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

How to initiate a return

1.Contact us at info@calm-luna.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a video of the defective item.
2.Our team will review your request within 48 hours and, if approved, will provide you with the return address and instructions.
3.Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable carrier.
4.Send us your tracking number by email so we can follow your return.
5.Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email.
